changed battery in my 77 vette.....will not start....isnt there a switch or something to allow it to start....

Yeah its called the starter relay or starter, or starter and possible the neutral safety switch could be bad

Its happened a few years ago, no switch was bad, just had to flip something and it started. It clicks lights on but doesn't turn over
