how can i get my ac to blow out my desh vents

I turn on the ac and it blows out the bottom vents no ac on dash vents

The doors in the HVAC system work on vacuum from the engine. After a couple of decades, the hoses get brittle, crack and leak. Check and replace any bad hoses.
