how do you turn on the high beam headlights

Hi bitbrat! I believe that on that model year there is a bright/dim lever on teh steering column, probably a lever you pull towards you to toggle. Check around. I assume you don't have your owners manual so if you still can't find it, give a call to your local Chevy dealer and they'll lead you to it. Good luck!
