my car that won't start

i have a car 1997 chevrolet malibu, the thing is when i turn on the engine there's no power at all, it happens twice now. Im confused what the problem is, i tried if the battery is the problem but its not. I always keep trying to turn it on until the power is back. And another thing usually When we turn on the car it appers the ABS, BAKES, theft system etc then it will dissapper, mine its not, it stays on, sometimes i turn off the engine but it keeps coming back.. anyone who could help me please??? i will really appreciate that..

My first guess, but not positive, the PCM may not be getting a signal from either BCM and/or ignition lock cylinder when the key is turned to start, that the engine is authorized to start. The car has a PASS-LOCK theft deterrent system. It is also possible that the problem could be somewhere else. Hopefully it is a start

just in case PCM = Powertrain Control Module, controls engine and transmission functions BCM = Body Control Module, controls Instrument Panel Indicator, Battery Rundown protection, etc If you have access to a scan tool that can also read or retrieve codes/data from BCM in addition to PCM, you may have to contact the dealer.

My care cranks but turned off once it started. I checked fuel line, spark plugs and fuel sensor i replaced it. What could be the problem? Also thank you for your help.
