2003 Chevy trailblazer 2wd transmission problem

My 2003 trailblazer will not go into 3rd gear or 4th
can someone tell me what I need to do! It shifts fine
in 1st and 2nd and reverse but not 3rd or 4th. I’ve
changed the shift solenoid B and transmission filter
and fluid. Still does the same thing
