I have a 2008 jeep liberty it blows cold air when the heater is on the hose to the heater are cool to the touch temperature Gage is halfway no circulation in radiator

also have same ,pulled both hoses off heater core no flo. pulled thermostat still no flo high rpm little flo replacing water pump
