Lancer 2008 Model - Missing or kinda Holding

Hi.. Good day..
I have 2008 Model and I am using it almost 4 years
now..
From last week, I am having a problem while
running the car.. It is like a holding or (e.g. like
feeling like pulling back from back ).

Can anyone point out what would be the reason of
that..

start with replacing the fuel filter.
