I have heard of people attaching a jumper cable to the starter motor to get power to the system. You'll probably have to remove some belly pans to get to the starter.

Tenspeed; you suppose the cigarette plug could work to get power to the system?

sorry forgot to add there is no battery in it went dead took it out now cant get hood open

Yes, you can plug into the cigarette lighter socket. They are usually hot all the time.
