will a cadillac 472 big block fit into a 77 grand prix, motor mount wise and fit wise without having to change too much?? thank you

it should go in motor mounts may need moving maby som mods on trans hookup going to take some work but it can be done.

I believe you should be fine with this. The 425 engine Caddy used in '77 Cadillacs was basically a downsized 472. Again, you might need to move some motor mounts, the transmission should be able to hold the 472, as I believe both used the THM400.
