I'm not 100% sure about you're truck but on most vehicles it can be found on the passenger side of the throttle body. If you have a sideways facing throttle body it will be on the opposite side from the throttle linkage. It is a sensor usually about 1 1/2 inches wide by 2-3 inches long with between 2-4 wires running from the wiring harness at 1 end. If I am incorrect autozone.com usually offers component location information sometimes with pictures.

on front of TB,is a black plastic part with a pig tail plug in.2 tourx screws.
