Will not start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1979 150 pick up. I parked in the grage and now I have no power to
start it or to the lights. I have 2 fuses that have power and as soon as I turn
the key I lose all power.. I changed the ingnition switch still nothing. Please
help
