F150 will not start

When I turn my truck on I had a buzzing common from the
fuze box at this time my truck was running fine found that
it was a relay went and got a new one put it in but still
buzzes and now my truck will not start like it's not getting
fuel I have no clue what to do at this point

Could be another bad relay. Some are built in and you must replace the entire fuses box. The fuel pump relay failing is a common issue on Fords.
