My car will crank but when I press
the gas it stalls out what can I do
to fix it please help

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable codes? Your obd 1, you should be able to check some codes, yourself. Check fuel pressure. Maybe system going lean when you open the throttle? So the system idles ok in drive or out of gear? I can only help with testing.
