Wiring or fuel pump????

On my 84 Corvette, I replaced the fuel
pump relay and now when I start it, left
side carb fills up with gas. It's like my fuel
pump is staying on. Also battery is drained
every time

Sounds like the needle valve in the carb is stuck open. You probably need to rebuild the carburetor and possibly replace the float.
