Car stalling after hooked up to code reader

Everytime my car is hooked up to the code reader
after I drive it my car has issues picking up speed it
stalls and Jenks when I mash the gas..please
help..it's still giving a code for an o2 sensor and
I've changed that out as well as my CAT..HELP??

Rasta I think there are two oxygen sensors on you car one before and one after the catalytic converter

So change the other out...bc it's idling up and down when I hit the gas and I notice that it does it after my car has been hooked up to the code reader
