Battery hooked up wrong

I hooked up battery cables wrong the dashboard
windows and power lock won't work and it won't
crank it don't make no sound at all

This type of Oooops usualy results with a blown ALT Fuse. Check the under hood fuse/relay Box. Remove the cover. Check the underside of the cover for the ID of Fuses located within. This might be a bolt in fuse, thus you cannot just pull it and replace. You will need a 12 volt Test Light ...or...a Digital Volt Meter to check it.
