Why does my car die going down the road?

I replaced the starter in it and it still dies. Anyone
know what could he causeing this?

Check fuel filter and replace it, also see if you have fuel pressure. If your car is running fine until you step on the gas its more than likely the fuel filter needs to be replaced.

The starter has nothing to do with how the car runs. It's sole purpose is to turn the engine to start the car. Have it scanned for trouble codes. Do your diagnostics first, then start replacing parts, not the other way round.
