lower pulley keeps coming loose

Can't seem to keep the lower pulley tight and then it thows the belts.  Any ideas?

Is this the crankshaft pulley? Sounds like you need to tighten the crank nut, or put some thread-locking compound on it.

also it could be that your pulley system needs to be align..that could sometimes throw off the belts.
