I have a 1995 Mazda 626 LX with the 4 cylinder 2.0 liter engine, automatic. The check engine light started to flash and stay on above 3000 rpm's. I changed the transmission fluid and also put in a 24 oz bottle of Lucas transmission treatment. I took the car for a ride for about 20 miles at 80 to 85 mph and over 3000 rpm's and the check engine light did not come on.
