How many 1969 C-10s came with 396 big block, and an electric factory throttle.

I have just purchased a "barn find", a 1969 C-10 with a factory 396ci. engine, and an "electric throttle" control. I know its a factory item because the factory dash panel has the control; knob just under the light switch on the left. can anyone help me with conformation of these items, and maybe production numbers and option codes? thank you, Vern McKim.
