If you carry your key fob remote in your pocket that may be the cause. Especially if you have other keys, coins, etc. in your pocket. These other items may be pushing the buttons on the fob as you walk away from the vehicle or sit down, etc. I had a problem like that with my 08 Grand Marquis and that was the cause. Hope that helps!
