I've got a 1995 4 cylinder ford ranger standard shift...can I bypass the crankshaft sensor since I broke teeth off the back side of the pulley the sensor runs on?

No. It has to have that sensor to operate properly.

why release the can of worms (problems)...just fix the flywheel, what's it like four bolts at 80 pounds torque~ http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Stock- OE-Flywheel-1995-2007-Ford-Ranger-B3000-3-0L-6-Cylinder- /310557061523?hash=item484ea4b193&vxp=mtr

excuse me six bolts...got one used from my local junkyard for $25- not that bad of a job...loosen the motor mounts and transmission mounts and use a wooden "wedge"...it's okay if you don't mind workin' on your back~
