Unknown wind type noise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Noise in front of passenger seat sound like wind. It is the same when stopped
or driving - does not change. Comes from right front. Just started recently, car
is just over 3 years old very low mileage. Can this be related to under-hood
hoses? Tried a/c and other controls on/off with no difference. Possible A/C
damper stuck open? Any ideas before I spend big bucks for mechanic.

It is probably the inside cabin pressure finding the least point of resistance to release the built up inside cabin pressure. Crack a window open and then does the noise goes away?

Rowefast - The same noise exists whether window open or not, in garage or outside. Any other suggestions? 2012 Santa Fe. Thank you.

So the noise does not go away when you turn off the blower motor fan?

I tried blower switch again - this time sound stopped. I will see what develops. Hopefully switch or motor are not defective. Sorry about delayed response. No accounting for holiday season etc. Thanks.
