I need new brake pads and don't know what kind to buy. Already bought 2 sets

Well I was looking up your brake pads, the XF model has the 4.2L in it. When you say premium that is just a premium pad.

There may have been options for the brake caliper and rotor size. Run your VIN through an online VIN checker to know exactly how your car was equipped. You can always take a pad with you to the auto parts store to make sure you get the correct parts.
