horn, signal lights, and wipers wont wrk

I see no one here has answered yet with the obvious answers like its the switch because these chargers have so many electrical problems and all are tied into each other and every computer circuit that sad but true 9 out of ten of these its has to go back to the dealer and they 9 out of 10 times can not fix it. Sorry

I have heard about Charger wiring having issues with dash components not working or light on for no reason and not be able to find it and then a year later a sensor in the trans or on motor goes out and when its replaced the dash starts working again so it literally could be anything.
