09 Caravan sliding door clicking

Asked by Feb 24, 2017 at 05:30 PM about the 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yesterday we bought a 2009 Caravan. The passenger side
sliding door only works manually, not with the intended
buttons. It still sounds like the motor is trying, and it clicks
... but the door doesn't move at all on it's own.  Any
suggestions where to start?
