2009 Chevy cobalt will turn over but will not crank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Knocked a hole in the oil pan. It ran out of oil and
automatically shut off. Replaced the oil pan and oil
now it will not crank.  Can hear the fuel pump. It's
turning over.

Make sure the low oil level sensor is plugged in. Hope that helps! Jim

WHEN THE IS A HOLE IN OIL PAN. THE PICK UP WITH SCREEN. COULD BE PLUGGED. THE OIL PUMP CAN NOT PICK UP THE OIL.
