Chevy Cobalt Will Crank But No Start

Can you hear the fuel pump running when you click the key to the run position without attempting to start the car. If you hear nothing troubleshoot your fuel system.

I do hear the fuel pump, I forgot to mention that

Update: I sprayed starting fluid down the throttle body and it ran fine for a bit, but the fuel pump is still making noise, would it be the fuel lines or something else, I looked and didn't see a fuel filter so I'm assuming that is the culprit

I don't know why you would assume that. If it has no fuel filter it has ho fuel filter. It may be integral to the pump. If its not getting fuel to the fuel rails you need to find out why. Check the actual fuel pressure. That will tell you if fuel is making it from the pump to the engine.

So update again, the noise I was hearing wasn't the fuel pump, and I checked the fuse, there is power going to the fuse when turning over the engine but no noise coming from the pump itself, I was looking into a new fuel pump however, I haven't seen a fuel pump that looks anything like the one I have in mine

Any auto part supplier in North America can easily order a fuel pump for your car if they don't actually have one in stock. It does have to be exactly the right one though so if you're ordering online make sure you're ordering the pump for the make model and year, including correct engine size for the car you have.

AND.... just because the pump is making no noise and is apparently not pumping doesn't mean that's definitely the problem. The pump might be fine. It might be a relay or some other electrical problem. A few dollars spent on a professional diagnosis might save you a lot of time and money on the actual repair.
