I'm not sure what testing you've done? note the diagram for your starter motor. When problem is ongoing, is the engine trying to seize? Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Pull the starter relay, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, note the diagram, the starter motor should crank the engine. If you try that make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set, vehicle can't move. Does it crank with jumper wire?
