In a 74 c10 Can I Go From A 250 Straight 6
To A 454 with Just Needing Motor Mounts To
Install The Motor?

It can even go in place of the I6 mounts, but exhaust and clutch/throttle linkages would have to be changed. you're also looking at a suspension swap/springs/brakes to handle the weight of the BB. (also might have a clearance issue at the firewall but nothing a mallet can't fix). I'd get on a Chevy truck forum and look for posts on this exact swap, there are tons of them with detailed write ups.
