front wheel and hub came loose

rattle in the jeep was in the front passenger side wheel, when the jeep was lifted in the air the wheel/hub started to come loose. Inside the locking hub I found bearings and metal pcs.

Wheel bearing went out,hopefully you did not hurt the shaft,when this happen.
