Well the gas smell is a concern, could be dangerous, should say it is always dangerous. The gas leak needs to be found and fixed before a fire starts. The power steering is probably a hose, the sunroof, well it's a Chrysler.

If gas smell is only when running check on top of engine for fuel leaks. If it smells like gas all the time check tank and lines for leaks. Power steering look for leaky hose by pump or cooler under radiator. Sunroof check for debris in slides and track of sunroof mechanism.
