2000 honda civic not turning on

I have a 2000 honda civic when i turned it on it died
immediately but now its only just turning over ik its
not the starter since the starter is brand new i
highly doubt its the alternator

JDM, check your fuel pressure, but change your fuel filter first...

I dont think its that i turn the key to the on position and i hear the fuel turnin on its like a "hmmm" kinda sound

Check to see if you have spark at the plugs. If not, it may be your module located in the distributor.
