#3 cylinder showing misfire with Diagnostics, replace the plugs and wires, what else could it be?

It can still be plugs or wires,make sure you get parts from dealer- not aftermarket stores.If it is a 3.0L engine,there are 3 different 3.0L engines and spark plug combinations.Also could be the coil where plug wires plug in between engine and firewall.
