i have a cylinder 3 misfire for about a month and have replaced the spark plugs, sparkplug wire for the cylinder 3, ingintion coil, and fuel injector and fuel filter is there anything else that could be causing the problem if so can you let me know so i can get this problem fixed.

i have a 2000 ford taurus with the flex fuel engine its a 12.0 volt the bigger engine for the flex fuels in the taurus for that year.  it has 133,000 miles and havent had any problems with the car till know.

It is possible that your PCM is malfunctioning and causing a "ghost" misfire, meaning it's detecting something that's not there. Does it actually misfire, or just tell you that code? You may also have a problem with compression in that cylinder, from a valve or head gasket problem.
