How Hatch Pull Down spouse to work on 91 firebird?

I never seen working one, on both of my firebird it never was working. one has missing
motor. Is it common problem that they go wrong? Any simple solution? On central
console i have button to open hatch it never work as well.

The rear hatch power latch was always a problem on the 3rd gen F body cars, if you don't have experience doing electrical on cars don't mess with it

Thanks for quick answer look like I have parts missing on latch position sensing switch as well. I will try to rebuild it if that fail replace with two limit switches.
