leaking trans cooler or a compromised water jacket or head gasket.

It's a 6 speed. Do they still have trans cooler? I assumed if it was a head gasket there would be water in oil? Not oil in water. Do they happen to have an oil cooler?

Not all bad head gaskets cause coolant in the oil, you can also get oil in the coolant, you could also be caused by a cracked head or block. You can try a compression test and a cooling system pressure test. It can be difficult to pinpoint a crack though, short of magnufluxing. I couldn't tell you what coolers (oil or trans) you have, check what (if any) hydraulic lines are running to the radiator.
