If my e brake is pulled it won't spin over put it down
it will but won't start ran fine last night

Yeah I don't think it has anything to do with your e-brake using your foot brake controls what position you're shifter is in on your automatic transmission have you checked your battery cables your plug wires normal things like that before you try to start it?
