can anyone tell me where the ECM is located on a 1996 Ford T bird

Where are the ECM and PCM located on Ford 1996 Tbird

Passenger kick panel behind it maybe 6 inches.

Are you talking about the firewall at the engine compartment under the hood or inside the car at the passenger footrest under the dashboard? on this car, there is NO ECM or anything that looks like it on the Kick Panel but there is a Box that looks like an ECM under the hood with a ton of wires coming out could that be it?
