Motor swap

I have an 01 bonneville not even the sle, just the
plain Jane bonneville. It has a bad motor and
tranny in it, can I put an ssei motor in it, even if it's
not the ssei model.

It already needs a motor and tranny so I planned on replacing them both. I wouldn't even bother putting the ssei motor in on this tranny lol. I just want to know if it would fit and what all I would have to change. Obviously there is quite a few things I would have to do.
