2002 bonneville heat isn't blowing hot

I have a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI in when the heat is
on it is it not hot it's just cool or luke warm. I replaced the
water pump already the thermostat looks like it's working
properly but I'm not sure what else to do can someone
please help.

there's probably a blend vent that's not opening , or the selector isn't working , do you hear the vent open when you make the selection ? clean the contacts on the selector switch , if you can reach the heater hoses in the engine bay see if both are hot , if only one is you may have a plugged heater core
