Does it crank? Do you get any clicking or noises when attempting to start it? Have you checked battery? Cable connections? Attempted to jump start it?

it cranks and it sounds like its turning over and I tried jumping It and charging the battery the other day and it still didn't start

that motor was known for tearing up the cam position sensor gear. remove sensor and check gear.

Make sure you mark the position when you take it out and make sure it goes in the same way. there is a alignment tool you can purchase.
