Do you have oil or exhaust in your cooling system? Does your engine have low compression on any of the cylinders? Any steam out the tail pipe? Any coolant loss? Are fans working? Need more test done and more info.

I wouldn't know , I just got the coolant temp replace Also the termosat , The fans do work My AC works good too no leaks that I know of

Head gasket can blow without warping head but the repeated over-heating takes a toll on the metal of the head each time it does so the metal reacts a bit more and a bit different, so much to the point that head can be beyond using, a new or known unwarped head needs to be used, there are test a cylinder head shop can take to confirm this, any shop saying it just need a gasket without taking it to be tested is guessing at best. So the more you know the better, machine shop can test for cracks too its called pressure test.

Compression test each cylinder and test for exhaust in cooling system, and/or bleed air from cooling system, may need to flush radiator/cooling system. Check radiator cap seal. Try fans without a/c on while engine is up to temp to see if fans do work on their own or are they on just because a/c is on and the fan really needs a fan relay to run otherwise. Is you exhaust clogged or badly clogged cat.
