Make sure you have at least 12.6 volts at the battery. These cars will not start and the security system will not reset with less than 12.6 volts. If however your battery tests okay, do this: Turn the key to the ON position and leave it for ten minutes. This will 'reset' the ignition rotation sensor, which often goes bad in these cars. You may have to reset the security system after this. Go here: http://www.bsecorp.com/files/techtips/ST9303l.pdf. Good luck!

Thx everyone for responding, i do greatly appreciate this, and it def sounds like the key is not responding to the car "brain", lol, so I will try first to get they key made n try that suggestions then second calling around dealerships about replacing the key, i just pray that's the problem!!! I will update everyone what i found out that worked to fix this problem so in future someone else going thru this can try this out instead of wanting to beat ur car to a pulp due to frustration, hehehe. ;) thx ~Chrissy
