How do you turn on the guage lights during the day ?

I imagine the only way would be to turn on your headlights. I don't think it's legal to drive with the parking lights on although I see it done a lot.

you can't. I asked this same question. They're automatic. the 'dome' on the top of the dash,in center, controls it. I tried to cover it.That worked BUT it turned down/off my center console(radio etc) lights!?? Don't know why. This is my biggest gripe with this car, not being able to control the dash lights.

Try this, turn the auto light feature off, just turn the light switch clockwise; then just turn on the dashboard lights using the other switch placed on the dashboard.

I'll try this tomorrow. Tho I think I already did..? Seems all the lights, inside and out(headlights) are all on the same 'circuit'. I'll let ya know :-)
