can the abs module be activated with a scan tool on a 2003 E150?

If you have a dealer quality scan tool it can. I have had good luck with just turning on the key and breeding the system. But if you have had to replace the module the computer system may need a re-flash so it can recognize the new parts from the dealer. Not all trucks and vans need the flash but I have had some that said it didn't but did.
