how to change the heater core on a 1992 ford e150 van

got the first covers off, but don't see, what's holding the last cover, that's over the heater core.Thank's for any help

there are nuts under the hood that hokd the heat box to the firewall

this is the cover over the box, not the box itself. I've got the bottom loose. but I cant see what's holding the top. Thanks
