E350 Super Duty mouse problems

I have an 2007 E350 Suoer Duty. Having real problems with mice nesting in the
engine behind the doghouse and doing damage to wiring, etc. Suggestions on
how to prevent this?

I've heard of crisco with hot sauce/cayenne pepper/daves insanity mixed in , the mice will lick it off their feet and it'll ruin their day . Daves insanity is a concentrated habenaro sauce , can be used as rocket fuel .

Mothballs will keep them away too. So will ammonia. Hope that helps! Jim

I have used both moth balls and pepper. Moth balls seem to work the best if you don’t mind the smell, other wise pepper is the next best but it needs renewed frequently.
