Rear window alero

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The rear window will go down by
pushing the button but won't go back
up I can hear the motor working what
else could it be the window regulator?

Remove inner panel and try to help it by hand, if it goes up, it's the motor. If it binds up, it's the regulator.

I tryed to help it up. It just falls back down once it's up
