2.2 ecotec no spark, no fuel

Hello all. I have an 03 alero with the 2.2 ecotec. I pulled the engine due to a
broken exhaust manifold bolt. When all back together I had no fuel pressure
and no spark. I tested the output from the ECM that triggers the fuel pump
relay and it puts out 6 volts. Not enough to trigger the relay. I jumpered the
relay and got fuel pressure. I tried to start it and no go. I checked and found
out I had no spark. I swapped the coils and ignition module with a known
good one. Still no spark. I am guessing there is something that controls both
of these things? Crank sensor perhaps?

Thanks. I think I am gonna double check all the wiring. The only ground I remember went to the bellhousing and I verified that's hooked up. One time I bent a pin on a sensor that caused issues so I am gonna check all the sensors I unhooked also. It only makes sense it's probably something I did on the install.

I pulled the crank sensor to test. Infinite ohms. I am gonna replace it and go from there. The previous owner said it would randomly not stat. They thought it was because the passlock system which I bypassed. I believe a crank sensor could cause this to happen randomly..

Update. Repaired. I took it to the shop. They replaced the ignition control module and coils. Runs fine now. Not sure if that had anything to do with the fuel pressure problem? So far its been about a week and a tank of gas with no issues. Thanks for all the suggestions
